Oil Prices Reaching $200/Barrel Due To Supply Shock Can’t Be Ruled Out, Says ADB

The possibility of a supply shock leading to oil prices reaching $200 a barrel can’t be ruled out as the conflict between Russia and Ukraine continues, the Asian Development Bank said in its Outlook 2022 report.
